Dr. JoAnn Brunsvold
Dr. JoAnn Brunsvold specializes in chiropractic corrective care for long-term spinal stabilization. Chiropractic care offers you hands-on, effective natural treatments which can help to relieve your back, neck and extremity pain. Chiropractic treatments are gentle and non-invasive and do not include surgery or medications.
Dr. JoAnn graduated magna cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She and her husband, Steve, have lived in rural Polk City since 1993. They have two children, Hunter and Abbey.
Dr. JoAnn is a member of the Iowa Chiropractic Society, the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, the American Chiropractic Association and the International Chiropractic Association. She is certified in Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP), the Webster Technique, and Upper & Lower Extremity Adjusting. |

Jennifer is our back office person. Jennifer files your insurance claims and can answer any questions you may have regarding your insurance coverage.

Wendie
Wendie Fagen began Wendie’s Therapeutic Massage with Big Creek Family Chiropractic in May 2007. Therapeutic Massage increases circulation allowing the body to pump more oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs. Massage Therapy stimulates the flow of lymph, the body’s natural defense system, against toxic invaders. Massage Therapy relaxes and softens injured and overused muscles and will reduce spasms and cramping.
Wendie graduated from North Polk High School in 1991, Waldorf College 1993 and Iowa School of Natural Therapeutics in 1994. She and her husband, Jay moved to Polk City with their three children, Ben, Jakob & Jenna in 2001.
Wendie is a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. |
